Probably. We accept most commercial, Medicaid managed care, medicare advantage, and exchange plans.

Yes. If you have an ID photo, you can give us a copy of your insurance card later.

If you don’t have insurance coverage, don’t worry. You can still visit the Rejuvimed Wellness Center. We offer competitive and affordable self-pay rates. Cost per visit may vary depending on your needs and diagnosis. Once you’ve been evaluated by our medical team, we will let you know what costs you may incur and work with you in order to get the right treatment. You can choose to schedule an appointment or walk-in our office for consultations and certain services or treatments. However, some services do require that you request an appointment beforehand.
